Various terminology precisions

1) Saying “drug addicts” does not clarify anything. Drugs are many, some legal others illegal. There are thousands of drugs in the pharmaceutical vademecum, and people can become addicted to many of them. So, like so many others, the term is confusing and inaccurate.
2) Cocaine is not a narcotic, it is a stimulant. Therefore it does not make any sense to call narcotrafficant to those who buy and sell cocaine.
3) Cocaine is also often defined as a stupefacient drug. The word "stupefacient” and its root word “stupor" have two main senses: a) amazement and b) numbness. From that point of view it can be said that there are numerous drugs that produce “stupor” in either of the two senses, most of which can be used legally. However, cocaine is not a substance that produce stupor in any sense.
3) Femicides are not passion crimes, as sometimes they are described.
They are crimes of pathological male chauvinism combined with great insecurity.
4) Nowadays the term “climate change” is used  applied to something new that is happening and can have catastrophic consequences. In fact, “climate change” always existed. Geology, to a large extent, is the history of climate change. Therefore, I don't understand what they mean when they simply say "climate change".
That's all for the time being.
